I was not aware that a gas fireplace would need much in the way of maintenance (compared to wood) but Pro Flame Fireplace & Chimney was fantastic.
We had noticed the smell of gas when the fireplace was turned on last winter and decided not to use it until felt comfortable with service people in our home (COVID), which meant this year. The technician from Pro Flame Fireplace & Chimney was courteous, respectful of our home (took off shoes, laid down a drop cloth in front of the fireplace, cleaned up after himself), and did an amazing job. Though the fireplace was probably seldom used, there was plenty of debris from outside that the technician removed. He took his time and identified and fixed the gas leak. All accessible components were inspected, cleaned, and reassembled, including the glass partition. We received a full report with photos a few days later.
All in all, an excellent experience at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again!

He was very knowledgeable about my unit and quickly assessed the problem. He explained what the trouble was. He repaired, included cleaning and brought my fireplace back to like new condition.
